About Csaba

A grounded practice shaped by listening, sound, and experience

Story

Csaba’s journey into sound therapy began through a personal exploration of sound, rhythm, and vibration as tools for awareness and balance. What started as curiosity gradually became a dedicated practice, shaped by direct experience and careful listening rather than rigid frameworks.

Over time, his work evolved through study, experimentation, and real sessions with individuals and groups. Observing how different bodies and nervous systems respond to sound played a central role in refining his approach. This path continues to develop through ongoing learning and practice, with a focus on creating sound environments that support regulation, rest, and presence.

Philosophy

The practice is based on listening, presence, and respect for individual experience. Rather than imposing a fixed method, each session is guided by attention to timing, space, and response. Sound is used as a supportive environment, not as a tool to force outcomes.
