About Csaba

A grounded practice shaped by listening, sound, and experience

Story

Since childhood, music has accompanied me – sounds, rhythm, and vibrations have always been part of my life. Music helped me through many personal blocks and challenging periods, which is why today, as a sound therapist, I wish to pass on this supportive experience to others.
I consider myself a friendly, helpful, selfless, and open person. My engineering background also strengthened my supportive approach: as a safety engineer, my work was centered around protecting and supporting people’s well-being.
In my sound baths, I work with shamanic drums, singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, and gongs. The gentle vibrations of sound support deep relaxation, recharging, and reconnecting with inner balance – offering both a wellness experience and a spiritual journey. I offer individual, couples, and group sound baths in a safe and nurturing space, where you can arrive fully into the present moment, let go, and reconnect with your inner calm

Philosophy

Sound is a gentle path to inner stillness. Vibrations support the calming of the nervous system, deep relaxation, and turning inward. I believe that our natural self-healing processes are already within us – sound therapy does not force or control, but creates space for these processes to unfold. For me, a sound bath is an act of allowing: rest, release, and a return to inner balance.
